Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fulfillment error.

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
